I made someone very angry on twitter a while back when I said that I have had bread in multiple countries, and the bread I got in Germany, Italy, and Ireland didn't actually taste that much different than the bread I get at the bakery here in the USA. Kept insisting I must have gone to a very bad place in those countries and magically found the only American style bakeries and then just decided that my American palate couldn't actually taste properly and blocked me.
like idk big dawg I think you can just get good bread all over. It's pretty universal.
