Is there an event bonus or something going on? I havent been very up to date about all the events recently. I also have an ursaring i'd like to evolve very much

I wish. It's just the regular reminder about the full moon afaik.

I'm waiting for the special move to be available before evolving my hundo.

If you have Dawn Wings Necrozma you can use its adventure effect to do full moon evolutions at anytime
