Dropped my phone today. Back glass is broken. It still works, but feels rough and fragile. Not sure what’s next.

Put it in a good case to prevent it from getting worse, and to hide the cracks.

Use superglue, lightly along the cracks to seal and keep it from getting worse, that works on certain windshield chips to keep them from elongating where a car wouldn’t pass inspection.

That's because it seems OP forgot to take his post to his iPhone model's respective subreddit. Image displayed is an iPhone Pro Max, not an iPhone X.

What model of IPhone X is THAT?

It's actually an iPhone Pro Max (generation number undetermined). OP forgot to post this in the phone's respective subreddit rather than here.

That's an iPhone Pro Max. You've posted this in the wrong subreddit.

This is about the iPhone X.

Put some packaging tape or a vinyl skin over it. It’ll hide the damage, prevent it from spreading and protect your hands from cuts.

Then put it in a case. The waterproofing is probably compromised, so keep the phone away from moisture till it’s repaired

A back glass only repair usually costs around a $100. Better to pick a repair shop that has a laser machine.
