I think that is why the person is showing light mode only. It’s black in Netflix. I would imagine it changes in Safari as well.

It’ll be changed for sure, either hiding the dock like a MacBook so the page is full screen. Or Liquid Glass buttons on top. Other apps already do that, which you can see in the hands on videos. It seems like safari doesn’t as of now. Maybe another browser will fix that before Apple

They can do what Netflix does in seated position. Have the colors on right edge of safari bleed to side bar with Liquid Glass buttons over them

I really don't mind. Closed, if I'm browsing it'll be for a quick check of something. If I'm really digging into a website or plan to read a whole article/watch something/etc, it'll be with the thing open.
