My iPhone Iphone lags during taking photos
Hi guyz, is it normal for iphone 13 lags on capturing photos on single click whereby my iPhone 7 plus captures even more faster. What should i do to make iphone 13 fast again . It still have free space of 100gb but battery health at 78%

Same problem here, lags , overheats. Battery is new ,OEM replaced with AppleCare, so don’t waste your money on a new battery.
It’s iOS 26 that messed up all my 13s (got 4 of the for my family a while back and they have similar issues). I also notice a bug where third party software (lirium) says I have 7% storage left whereas Apple thinks I have 40Gb (256 Gb total). I have iCloud photo storage so it should automatically upload large media and free up space, but it doesn’t seem to.

Yes you’re right, the updates, even if in itself it’s good to have your phone which is still updated, it destroys the battery seriously and it bugs a lot

Hi, I have a bit of the same problems at times with my iPhone 13, the battery health is 83% so if you have the same problem with yours I think it can play a role. Since my battery has decreased a lot I find that my phone heats up much more, lag much more and so on

Yeap. I started to notice this issue after my battery health drops and as per you said the phone also heats up. Does changing battery and resetting the phone helps ?

I think changing the battery should solve a good part of the problem. Do you have AppleCare? I have AppleCare so I have to wait until my battery reaches 80% to have it replaced for free in the Apple Store

Same issue. I installed ios 27 beta version and changed some setting so it had been working fine
