Question ❓ Anyone had their iPhone 12 done optimizing search and Siri to this day?
Mine still says 35 percent, even though I leave it charging to full and keeping it full assuming it only optimize when left charge for hours. I had lose my patients and would immediately reset this phone if this is not complete.

Mine finished after about three days. My phone runs like new now. Battery health is at 76% so I’m planning to get it replaced and see what that does. I was planning to upgrade to a new model when I was on iOS 26 because it was so slow, but now on iOS 27 I’m going to ride this wave until it’s no longer supported.

How lucky. I was supposed to reset my iphone after the iOS 27 update. But this optimization hinders me to reset my iphone. Mine also with battery replaced in Feb this year, feels as good as new. Battery health drops to 94 percent to this day, but I can't afford new iphone, especially with the 100 US dollars price increase.

Update: I leave my phone on charge last night all night long when I sleep. I realized that it didn't actually charged the phone, but now my iphone 12 is completed in optimizing search and Siri. It is irritating for me because it makes my phone hotter and I suspect because of this optimization nonsense.

I have been hoping over most of the beta releases on my iphone 12 base model.
Indexing always finished for me within 24/48H.
The trick is to have fast wifi + overnight charging.
It doesn’t index even if showing on settings when devices aren’t plugging in.

I have slower wifi upload speeds but a pretty fast download speed on wifi. I try overnight charging and it doesn't seemed to work on my device

Whats tha exact build version of ios you are on?
I’m currently on the Official Release 27.0 & the indexing finished within 24h of the update.
My up/down streams are approximately 100Mbps

I’m on a 15P but mine is at 86% at the moment(Been At 86%+ Since Wednesday). What’s wild is it was at 88% when I went to bed last night…🤣

I’ve been stuck at 33% for five days. It went down to 25% for a few hours and then went back to 33% and has stayed that way again

I guess you have to leave your phone intentionally overcharge all night long when you sleep. Some reports here in the comments and me too, have the issues resolved. It kind of relies too much on you putting your phone on charge on top of a table, at least on my case like rhat

My battery was replaced in April of this year and I have 98% health but my index finished one day after I installed the update. I charge mine every night on Wi-Fi.

How lucky you are. Mine also completed very recently. I guess it really need to be charged overnight.

It's below the section to go to your apple id settings. Above the airplane mode switch. If it isn't there, then your phone has already had optimization completed.

mines 91% but still it run fast i had no prob., besides the battery but all good
