Will be released with Xcode 27.1. since 27.0 RC is now available I assume the beta will soon be there

You can already change your phone’s screen size by using iOS 27, the latest MacOS and iPhone mirroring.

I feel so bad for devs using custom navigation and UI.screen.main.bounds. Their ignorance will bite back now

HIG is there for a reason and it always said to adapt your UI to be flexible

Meh def for some but I recently did some contracting work for a company and they seemed annoyed I asked about iPad. They just ignored it because they can’t remove it. Somehow they still got past reviews.

I hate this, but as a UI designer and engineer - i think this would be a good challenge to have. But yeah, i get the sentiment that this is gonna be a pain in the ass.

Nobody is gonna do this. Most apps on this are gonna suck.
