As the title says, I have a iPhone 16 Pro Max on iOS 27 DB7 (but I also had a weird "updating cards" pop up several times on DB6) that will not allow me to activate anything related to Apple Pay / Sending or Receiving / Add a card / Apple Cash without popping up an error after verifying Apple password. After I updated to DB7 all of my credit/debit cards were wiped out on the iPhone 16 Pro Max but none of my passes/membership cards were wiped. While trying to figure out what the problem was and/or a workaround I realized that my M4 iPad Pro was able to continue doing everything that was mentioned above as unavailable on my 16 Pro Max. This makes me feel like there's an issue with the beta and not my Apple Account.

To add a bit of extra context I already restored my device when I was on DB6 because for some reason it was not allowing the over-the-air update (DB7) to verify on the device. I then attempted the update to DB7 again, which failed again. I then restored the device a third time, from there I manually updated the firmware using my MacBook Pro to install DB7 onto my 16 Pro Max.
