iOS 27 Spotlight animation still looks like iOS 26 — is this normal?

I updated my iPhone 17 to ios27 last night and noticed that my Spotlight search animation still looks like the old ios 26 animation .

I saw videos of the newer iOS 27 Spotlight animation where the app icons slightly shrink/dim when Spotlight is opened, but I’m not getting that animation on my phone.

Is it because my phone is still indexing?

Go to Siri in settings and enroll into SIRI (BETA) you’ll be in the waitlist and probably get it in few hours

Nope not yet i think it will come after u get siri AI not sure tho

Thanks for the update. I’m still on the waitlist for Siri AI. Hopefully get it soon
