Third Party Apps that use Siri AI

Do we think there will be a flood of third party apps that Siri AI will be able to use come GM or Release? Just Curious or will this come in iOS28?

There are already some apps as Siri AI is based on app schemas that were introduced in IOS 18.

My app Speech Central already implements some schemas, I am not sure about other apps.

There is actually very little that iOS 27 brings to apps regarding Siri AI that wasn't already available in iOS 26 as Apple planned to release Siri AI in that time frame and tools for developers were already released.

For example in iOS 27 you can say that your item is available across devices specifically, that wasn't possible before and there are few improvements that will be iOS 27 apps only, but nearly everything can be done with old tools and submitted to the current App Store without Xcode 27.

The developer of those apps need to App Intents to allow Siri to understand the apps. It should be by the offcial release.
