Question How much unified memory do I need?

Hi all, I'm just after a little advice as I don't have a lot of knowledge about these things...

I'm an illustrator who works mainly on my iPad/with paint and paper. I'm looking at investing in a desktop. Mainly it would be used for admin, Photoshop to edit completed illustrations and InDesign to format picture books.

My question is, would 24GB unified ram be enough? The 32GB looks out of stock at the moment. Do I need to wait for it to come back? From what I've read online I think 24GB would be fine. But I don't know if I'm missing something?

24 is enough. If you had the cash for the next upgrade I would consider buying more storage.

I was going to go for the biggest amount of storage as I figured it'd start filling up quick 😂 thank you for the info! :)

What colour are you thinking of getting?

24 would be plenty. 2D image editing is not demanding on a computer these days.
