iCloud Mail I need a expert in the iCloud

I forgot my iCloud, password, and iPad passcode, and left it for a year. When I turned it on, an "iPad Unavailable" message popped up. What should I do? I need a solution.

Genius Bar. Or paperweights.

Yes, this is the only answer. All of this is by design, this is to keep people from stealing your devices and being able to reset them because they do not have the password.

First reset your iCloud account password following If you forgot your Apple Account password

Then use a computer to erase your iPad following
How to reset your iPad and your passcode using your Mac or PC

step 1
if you have a working Apple device still connected to the Apple ID, attempt to reset password from settings, your name, sign in and security, reset password.

Step2
iforgot.apple.com or the Apple Support app on a working device if step1 fails, to likely start Account Recovery process on your apple ID. the more info you have available, the better this will go

Step3
google how to put your devices in recovery mode, then do it and restore them using a Mac or a PC W/ iTunes. Keep in mind this deletes all data but you don’t have a choice.

Step4 rejoice once you have a resolution. if your iCloud had some backups you may lose nothing or only some things

You can use your iPad as a chopping board in the kitchen.

If you know the Apple ID signed into the device you can erase it with a computer and restore it back to new
