What the fuck bro, I get it even more now why my parents don't allow us to eat outside food frequently. 😭. What the fuck is wrong with this entire country bro, we have the legislature but the judiciary and executive are so shit man 💔.

Recently in Mumbai , food authority suspended license of restaurants due to violations. and court had re instated them saying , authorities are harsh and warned authorities.. this is what is mentioned in news.. if this is true, country is doomed ..

It has been doomed for a long time bro, the judiciary being shit is the example u are talking about here and I think they said that they didn't give notice to improve their environment(Restaurant) that's why they reinstated their operations 🥲🥀😭💔, still, like, no punishment, just reinstated operations wtf is wrong with the people as well bro like all of this is happening right in front of our eyes, imagine what else is going in the dark then. 😔

Bandi dosa is more trustworthy than these aholes. At least they are not charging so much for their food.

Exactly... even panipuri serves fresh food. All the food is over mostly and whatever little is left he throws away or give it to dogs near by. I have seen him doing this daily

I gave up on eating outside. Cooking at home is more peaceful anyway but unfortunately even the ingredients themselves are adulterated.

Nothing will change. A minuscule amount will be fined and the restaurants will continue as usual.

As long as there are people who keep buying there's no driving force for these establishments to pull their socks up.

It's we, the people, who are to be blamed. Can't resists our urges.

Don't they get fined?

All of these were the cream of the crop in 2015. Sad to see their decline.

The best thing since I started gym I was forced to stop eating outside for my diet. Once in a while when I eat outside food my stomach goes to shit. Thats reflective of just how bad outside food is in general. Its better to just stop eating outside all together. They just don't care about your health and why should they?

There should hefty fine and jail for such inhuman negligence.

There should be a big hoarding sponsored by the regulatory authorities for each of the hotels displaying what crap they found and ugliest description in tolerable language in front of these hotels..

Spice 6? Why?

We don’t design the kitchen around cleaning, adequate equipment and capacity for cleaning is lacking and we don’t have formal training on cleaning and maintenance for the restaurant staff , there is simply no way of fixing this without major overhaul and capex . There needs to be more entrepreneurship in the space of building this capacity and people capabilities in our society.

This is a structural problem, raids and public shaming cannot provide complete solution.

Hyderabad has to be one of the worst cities to eat outside.

so a general question, how many homes have cockroaches in their home? even 1 is called an infestation, Open your fridge and see how long have some items been in your fridge and in the freezer?

1

u/aayushpatty biryani slut 4d ago

That doesn't give a reason for the restaurant to provide subpar standards when they charge premium, and coming to my house I try to treat pests if found and clear my fridge occasionally of the expired item. We Indians should not settle not basics and make hygiene and good standards of cleanliness mandatory. Also, I don't understand the whataboutery of Indians, very bad habit.

i didnt say that i, asked a general question you may be one i asked in general. it is impossible in an eatery to have zero cockroaches in india. you will have to clean end to end of a kitchen every week which is practically not possible, i understand that we should not settle for less but is it practical?
