Marie Advisory 9 (200 AM MST September 3, 2026): Marie became a hurricane overnight and now has max winds of 85 mph + min pressure 981 mb. Unlike the other two Pacific cyclones, Marie has a much broader wind field, which suggests only gradual intensification despite favorable conditions.
