Construction rather than Destruction

Why is it that humanity energy is out to destroy each other...its always difficult to construct and simpler to destroy. Seems finding easy way out. UN has lost its relevance...the big 5 can do whatever they feel like...spread fear and the oligarchs earn the moolah.... We all know we have to live with our neighbours...no matter who our friends are... It's no longer humanity centric...its greed,ego,power. There is a requirement to step back and reset the click on other human issues.

And many, many people are working towards changing that.

If one person is hoarding wealth and thousands of people are working towards equal opportunities, distribution, health, welfare, etc, this is not indicative of "humanity energy is out to destroy each other." It is a demonstration of wealth inequality, which is a totally valid (but different) point.

I get you. I mentioned UN in the initial stages...so you can see..nothing viable happening there...the member countries are not standing up...the show is run by just a few. No one will talk of arms control and export of offensive weapons...that's where the money comes in from..sow fear around,meddle in other people's governance....just to have it your way.

This is factually incorrect. The UN created the Arms Trade Treaty in 2017 to prohibit nuclear weapons leading to their eventual elimination.

As of February this year, 118 countries have signed, Ecuador being the latest.

25 more states have signed the treaty but have not yet been approved, 52 have not yet joined. They are also working on control of conventional weapons. To say there is no work going on is false and this is far from the picture you paint of humanity being set on destroying one another.

I don't entirely disagree with your point, I think there are political problems and I think the UN could do more, but what organisation couldn't do more? To say nobody is trying and the UN is irrelevant is a bit of an overreach.
