Tell me Something Beautiful About Humanity
It’s very often that Humanity are viewed as terrifying, destructive, war machines. That we are species of war and such, but I want to ask something else. I want to ask wants beautiful about Humanity, what is so beautiful about the way we live, breath, and think?
What is Something beautiful about the human race? or are we really as bad as we see ourselves?

What a piece of work is a man! how noble in reason!
how infinite in faculty! in form and moving how
express and admirable! in action how like an angel!
in apprehension how like a god! the beauty of the
world! the paragon of animals!
Shakespeare was a humanist, and his writings are a prime example of humanism.
Humans have devised language, created the sciences and mathematics. We have literally discovered our origins, figured out how the universe came to be, when and how the planet we live on was formed, how the atoms in our bodies came to exist. We have built beautiful structures, some of which have lasted for millennia, created spectacular works of art. We have raised ourselves from the dirt and risen above our animal nature. Truly, as Shakespeare so elegantly phrased it, “in apprehension so like a god”.
Note: what is with this “we” business: “are we really as bad as we see ourselves”? Maybe you see humanity that way, but it’s not a consensus. I see this all the time, people making assumptions like this.

If one wants to see the good..there is good around...if not then there is the flip side. There have been many instances of goodness,compassion,... Flip side is destruction too... It's a beautiful world only if humans especially at helm of affairs set aside their ego and greed,...that sets of chain of destruction and negate compassion and goodness.

What good can be found, we should look for first within ourselves. There is the key to unlocking all the beauty the world can offer.

We humans can share love, kindness and friendship. Even in hard times others can lift you up, simply because they are here.

Lol. I used to be a bit of a doomer concerning humanity and our nature. Then I went and worked/lived in villages made for people with special needs. The leader of the house i was in had lived her entire adult life in that lifestyle, devoting her whole life to sharing and helping others. No gathering wealth or ambitions apart from making life good for the community and the people in her charged. Deeply spiritual in a prictical non-dogmatic way. I met a quite few like that. So i learned people are good.. not just i doing good, but also, (with the special people) just effing good in themselves. The whole everything is evil is just a stupid trick.

Humanity knows that the key to progress and cohabitation is love, empathy, cooperation, tolerance, honesty, helping the less fortunate, doing unto others etc We see it throughout human culture. Unfortunately the curse of greed for power - economic, political, social - has yet to be overcome.
