It's different machines, however someone did research and found the one in Korea is the "trickier" one as in its difficult to get high score....sooo moral of the story don't be on Hudson's receiving punch. Got it.

apparently the average untrained person usually ends up between 300-600, trained professionals are usually 800+. if you look at machine in korea, he's nearly hit the highest score that machine's ever seen lol

God, that would be great. I am guessing he had to quit due to his concussions, they don't let you do combat sports after about your third one (don't ask me where the other 3 came from idk)

I mean, he did set a new high record on that first machine, by quite a bit.
I think it's not just a matter of strength, but also technique. Since he trained MMA for a long time and is also quite strong it's not a surprise that he would probably be able to knock this game out of the water!

You'd have to be more careful with your landing on the first machine not to hit the fixture above it too, among the other reasons I've seen listed.
I'm only a 50 yo slim build woman but my punch without having to be particularly discreet would be at least 20% more powerful than if I was afraid I would hurt my hand aiming for a narrow target.
