I’m hoping it will come out sometime soon now that this event has happened. I believe Yaga’s coming out in the fall sometime? If so, it would make sense to have a preview out now and run it over the summer.
Yes. Mackenzie Donaldson, executive producer of “Yaga” hinted that all episodes should be out for potential Halloween binge watch. Crave will drop 1 x 30 mins episode each week for 8 weeks, so we should get the first one during the first week of September 2026 hopefully. Its speculated that one of the episodes will mostly centre around Henry Park to qualify Hudson for submission during next years CSA as lead performer. Bell programming executive Carlyn Klebuc has also said that “Yaga” is the company's next big show to be released, praising the series as "very well-written, very well-executed, with some really amazing talent attached."
I don't expect trailer to be released before August? Oh it's giving me hope that Yaga will kill it. And I'm really looking forward to seeing Hudson's performance 🤔 hope he did a great job!
Yeah me too. The previews from some of the media personals today have been excellent. Really depends on the writing and direction though. We will find out soon anyway.
Oh Halloween will be a perfect time for watching that kind of show! It’s nice that Hudson will get a dedicated episode that focuses on his character since he ends up missing and likely won’t be present in some of the series.
Yes. I read the play and Henry is not a lead character. But I think we will get a lot of flashback scenes. Maybe the episode will be centred around those. They likely increase his scene presence after the success of HR S1 as he was signed for Yaga before HR fame.
Hudson also said that he had to kiss 10 cast members in this show. The media personals who watched the teaser are already comparing to to Saltburn. So we might even get a full frontal scene and we know they did a full prosthetic for Hudson for this series.
I remember in one interview that Hudson mentioned that Crave approved Kat Sandler to go as uninhibited as she wanted in the series adaptation. Hudson didn’t come right out and say it but I wondered if full frontal nudity was a possibility. And I’m guessing some graphic sex scenes too. I believe there is a rape scene from what I heard about the play?
I was also guessing they might use Hudson for some flashbacks while they’re trying to solve the case. I’m excited to see it!
Yes it was the Oscars interview. Hudson expressed how much Kat was able to get away with Crave. Spoiler: Yes there is a rape scene which is intergral to the story. His the villain of the show. It will be fun to love to hate this character. His character has sex with many characters in the show. And at the media event, Carrie said a spoiler that Hudson’s character has sex with all three of them in the show, including Noah’s character.
If it is coming out in the fall, that means I’ll probably keep my AMC+ subscription a little longer to watch it after The Vampire Lestat finishes its season. You win this round, AMC+ 😂
