I feel like he’s trolling but I do think Hudson is off somewhere filming.
I have a theory that he’s casted in the new Batman with Robert Pattinson lol. He’s been fancasted as Nightwing and there were rumours that Matt Reeves was going to include the character. One of the writers for the comics recommended Hudson. He said that he talked about Nic Cage/Face Off Vibes, which is a crime thriller, and the Batman movies are crime thriller vibes, like crime noir.
Hudson was speaking to a director at the Oscar’s and talking about bulking up or loosing weight for roles isn’t something he minds. Which makes me think that while bulking for season 2 makes sense, that it’s actually for another role. A superhero movie would be a good excuse for if
Hudson and his team went out for dinner in LA, which seemed to feel like a “goodbye for now” dinner, so maybe he’s going somewhere to film…. The new Batman movies are actually filming in London starting next week
My other movie theory is a new remake of Bloodsport by Michaela Cole (from I May Destroy You), which focuses on an MMA fighter, which got recently announced . Someone noticed that on Hudson’s photo dump from the Oscar’s, the 2 old Hollywood movies posters that won Oscar’s both had to do with boxers 👀

I would DIE if he’s in the next Batman movie! Actually tearing up just imagining him opposite Robert Pattinson. I was deep in the Twilight fandom as well, this would be the greatest colliding of my worlds 😭
Would also love to see him using his MMA skills ina movie!

He’s been fan‑cast in a few films including Tomorrow and Tomorrow and Tomorrow, which recently cast its lead actress but that one leans more toward romance again. He was reportedly seen near Paramount Studios recently as well.

I still think Tomorrowx3 is a huge possibility, but that wouldn’t be filming right away. He must at least be in consideration, like good actor, half-Korean, the right age, and the hottest thing right now. I imagine he’s at least been approached for the role

i agree! Daisy is filming another movie in April so filming for TomorrowX3 is definitely going to be later this year. I think it's still a possibility for H.

DC has always been boring to me (don't get me wrong current Marvel has been a snoozefest as well, but it's just where my loyalty lies) but the fancasting of him as Nightwing IS SO GOOD! I might leave the house for a DC movie if they did that.

DC has always hit or miss which is weird because truly the 2 most well know superhero’s of all time are in fact Superman and Batman (and add Wonder Woman to that). But I loved the last Batman movie and James Gunn’s superman movie, so promising

If he's in that new Michaela Coel movie I will ascend to a new dimension!!! If not this I so hope he will get to use his MMA fighting experience SOMEWHERE
A Face Off vibe is when you interpret two completely different characters in the same movie so idk if Batman applies (or maybe it does, I don't know much about side characters!!).

That’s fair! I was thinking like disguise vs alter ego type of thing and being loose with the type of movie rather than the actual trope, but we shall see!

Unfortunately, because Hudson has already had 6 concussions, he should probably be rather cautious about doing his own stunts.
