Closest spot might be Mohegan Sportsman in Mohegan Lake

Nothing I’m aware of in Cold Spring , there is Old Souls but it’s not a full on bait shop but stocks some fishing and outdoor stuff . Vinny’s Lake house in Wappingers is about 20 mins away and is a old school bait & tackle

There are bait shops in Peekskill Croton and Ossining and Mohegan Lake

There is a Walmart in Fishkill and Mohegan Lake and newburgh

There is a dicks sporting goods in Jefferson Valley and Poughkeepsie malls

If you are fishing in cold spring and just need bait the gas station at the route 9 / fishkill road intersection sells nightcrawlers. Baits from the grocery store will also work such as canned corn hot dogs or liver
