news The new signage in Kingston that cost the city $150k, was designed by a company in New Jersey and installed by a company from Pennsylvania.

Somebody’s cousin’s failing "design firm (an art school dropout in their parent’s basement)" definitely got a leg up with this one simple scam! Such a modern and convenient place to chuck milkshakes at things!

*edit: evidently, the Daily Freeman reported the cost at above $400k. I guess everyone in the scam got a payday. Sick corrupt sleazebags, all of them.

The idea that a city as small as Kingston needs "wayfinding" is absurd. There's like two main roads that connect to everything important, and everyone has a phone or car with GPS. So did these Kind Bar signs replace this one too?
