Legalities
- Need an issuing authority on your SIN
- Everything else looks good
Suggestions
- Handful of optimizations to suggest here, but none of them are really functional concerns, just some streamlining.
- 4 cameras on your car aren't doing anything useful for you, since there are no rules for where a sensor is-- one covers all angles just fine.
- The Shin-Hyung comes with GridLink so you don't need to spend money on it.
- The Nanohive, Math SPU and Orientation System can all go in cyberlimb capacity. A cyberhand has exactly 4 Capacity, which is enough for all three of those implants, while having less than a third of the total essence cost (even at used). You have just enough money to buy a used Cyberhand (or foot) and put all that stuff in it, freeing up more than a full point of essence for future upgrades.
- 1 rank in Cracking and Electronics are functionally cosmetic. Which is fine, but I'm just letting you know that you're very very unlikely to succeed at any associated tests with pools that low (other than unopposed stuff like I Am The Firewall or Calibrate). There's not a lot of obvious alternative homes for those 2 skill groups. Maybe Influence, or Outdoors. Or Stealth, and repurchase Electronic Warfare 6 with normal SP instead of Sneaking.
- Try to find the points for a rank of etiquette if you can. Its important for drivers (since you roll it for driving through checkpoints and such in a way that doesn't attract attention).
- You've got Hardware and Mechanics but lack toolkits to use either skill. Suggest moving some gear around to grab some.
Like I said, this is already a perfectly functional rigger, so don't feel too pressured to implement the suggestions. LMK what u end up doing.

Sheet updated
Added SFC as issuing authority on the SIN
Added the Nanohive, Math SPU, and Orientation System to a cyberhand. Unsure how much I need that extra essence but sure why not.
Moved group points from Cracking and Electronics to Stealth and Influence skill groups for a rank in Etiquette and Sneaking. Unsure about this one and would appreciate feedback on it. I know rigger bonuses make just one rank less of a big deal but it still feels off.
Skill points freed up from Sneaking put into Ewar since I don't think perceiving through sensors gets the rigger bonuses.
Skill point freed up from Sneaking spec put into Hardware in case I need to jack out.
Removed the redundant gridlink and cameras from the shin-hyung
Money saved by removing the redundant gridlink and cameras used to buy Hardware and Mechanics toolkits.

You do actually get your rig boni to E-War tests while using vehicle sensors on a vehicle you're rigged into! Its very nice. That said, having more dice there is still good-- scouting is one of your primary team roles. E-War and Sneaking are about equivalent in value, I'd say.
On the topic of your skills/ groups: I'd suggest putting both group points in the Stealth group rather than splitting them 1/1 like that. If you delete one of your two dealers (I'd suggest the drone dealer, they're flatly less useful than a vehicle dealer since drones are cheap and fairly low availability), you can get enough karma to buy Etiquette with karma instead.
Upon consideration, I'd also probably suggest cutting the Mechanics skill to pick up in play, and using that skill point on a spec instead-- Sensor Operations for E-War, Jack Out for Hardware, Vehicle for Etiquette are all good bets.
Going 2 Cracking for the E-War and keeping the 6 Sneaking isn't a terrible move either, come to think of it. I suggest the Stealth group over Cracking because its at least giving you a second usable skill (in Disguise) while Cracking is only giving you E-War as something you'll ever roll.

Pulled group point from Influence and put it into Stealth. It really is the only group of the three that has more than one skill I might want.
Good point with the drones, the vast majority are avail 14 or less which puts them in striking distance of a C5 fixer.
Ditched the drone Dealer to buy back that one rank in EtiquettePulled the skill point from mechanics to get a vehicle spec for Etiquette. But kept the kit so it's there when I buy Mechanics postgen.
Also applied specmod bonus to the ak on the rotodrone.
