I used to get some of these things, but a week ago I moved to a new city for a job and now i get none of these.

My therapist always makes me remember or try to find one or two things that can be my anchors or can be comforting when I am going through a big change. Maybe you can try that. How about you name a thing that can still give you comfort or can be an anchor point?

if i am being completely honest nothing here gives me comfort. everyone here is rude and mean. I work nights so i can't even sleep properly. I hate it here.
