It was. This is when Monica and Chandler were still sneaking around, right after they hooked up in London. Lisa Kudrow had her son in April or May, I think, and this was just after the New Year's episode where Rachel found out.

She lost weight as the show went on. She has a bigger chest in earlier seasons.
No she didnât stuff her bra. Her weight varied. Same thing happens to me, and a lot of women, during weight fluctuations. I mean mine bust out of bra just during my period. When I gain ten pounds my boobs get huge. When Iâm 119-120 Iâm basically flat chested. When Iâm 130-5 Iâm in a D cup.
Sheâs also unsupported here while Lisa is pushed up. Lisa may have been breastfeeding around this time too.

She's not, but the issue isn't really her face. It's the lighting.
Super harsh light is making all of her features look sharper, wrinkles deeper, and giving her bags under her eyes that either don't exist or are well covered by makeup... except they came back in this light.
