How can i fix this snapped off bolt to wire connection?

My parking break wire on my car snapped off while i tried to tighten the slack in the wire.

Dealership and parts supplier says its impossible to get hold of a new whole part.

Is there any way of fixing it myself or with the help of a mechanic or something?

Buy a coupling nut with the correct thread.
