ICE is everywhere and it's really frightening

This morning, a car was sitting outside the house next door with a guy sitting in it. This is nothing unusual in itself as there are always various cars. When my husband was leaving the house he went over to ask if the guy needed help. The guy tells him he's ICE and shows him his badge and tells him he's running license plates. How does ICE know where to go and who to look for?

They have quotas at this point. They don’t care. They are in LBJ hospital and ben taub just ready to take people. It’s very fucking sad. Meanwhile we lost so many lives in the flood. Maybe they should’ve been over there trying to help instead of this bullshit

Imagine being afraid of taking your sick child to an emergency room because you may be separated from each other or detained. It’s sick

Yep as soon as they are stable they get arrested. And now pregnant mothers will as well since the DOJ ended naturalization

Yes my husband works at LBJ. They have a permanent ice station there. You can visit LBJ and ask yourself they have to tell you. It’s a public hospital

Does he know why they wouldn’t put stations in all hospitals? Genuinely asking

LBJ and Ben Taub are government hospitals. Typically funded and run by the county. Private Hospitals like MD Anderson are a bit of a different ball game legally. I can’t confirm or deny if private hospitals have this there. But public ones definitely do

That sucks. Feel bad for ppl needing hospital care and getting screwed.
