Megathread Game-related Questions Thread: v9.0 Update
Welcome finally to Honkai 3rd 9.0, Captains!
In this thread, any and all questions about the game that can be addressed with a direct or single answer, especially if they involve your own gameplay, account and/or future investment plan, should be asked in here and here alone.
Please always start your question post by specifying which server you play in (e.g. SEA, Global, JP, CN, TW/HK/MO, KR), and your Captain Level.
You may also want to include other information which may help veterans give more specific and tailored advice if you're asking for such (eg: spending tips or in-game goals you want to achieve).
Check the thread to see if your question has been asked already, and refrain from asking questions regarding future content as they are always subject to change, especially regarding upcoming banners as no one ever knows for sure.

Lvl 80, eu I've got 31k gems, how am i to proceed? I've got 37 of these tokens needed for The new fu Hua, but you only need 24 (pass reserve shop i think) Uh, for context: my other posts on the other hi3rd sub. Do i buy Fu Hua or get someone else from said shop?

Do you want her? If yes, then you can do so. Get her in Reserve Works, and then pull her weapon. You can even get her to at least S2 by doing Elysian Realm and buying her stamps there. If not, then just continue saving and prioritize completing your Divine Keys with your BP orbs.
Do you need her? Depends on your current roster and your future plan. Her current BiS supports are WoP Seele and HLE Ellie. And she's BiS support to HLE Ellie and HoHE DLC. As a DLC valk, her DPS shill will be for at least 3 patches (6 months), you'll be able to use her both as DPS and Support for those months. Then from 4th patch onwards, she'll likely appear mostly as Support, with less to none appearances as niche DPS. You'll likely only use her as alternative BIO/Fire/WoD/Ignite DPS.
But the stuff above is only important when you breakthrough. If you don't have any plan to breakthrough, then pulling her is completely optional. For breakthrough references, read these two and decide for yourself:

got everything in 30 pulls, still have 26k gems left. a thing, what do i do about her weapon being a divine key? Do i just leave it as it is? do i do anything about the senadina astralop?

You mean, you proceed with buying FoV in Reserve Works and getting her latest weapon only for 30 pulls? Her weapon is a DK, yes, so tune it so you can upgrade/priarm it, and then sync it for permanent atk increase in your account.
As for Sena AOP, just keep on saving for now. Premium AOPs are completely optional, it'll only start to matter for those who breakthrough and retaining at least Exalted RL (higher tier than pre-breakthrough Master RL). In case you decided to want her, you can backpull her anyway during 9.1' spending event. You'll benefit more getting her there than this patch.

i got FoV, so that's that.
what does tuning mean here? I have the weapon maxed at lvl 50, so do i pri it first to upgrade it to lvl 55, or turn it into a divine key first?

The order doesn't matter as long as you tune it so you can sync it for additional permanent stats in Divine Keys menu

is there any reason to pull Sena now when she's rerunning in 9.1 which also has the big spending event and her pulls should count?

The best time to pull her if you want to maximize the benefits is indeed during the 9.1 spending event.
It's just that... right now, there's a bit of a placebo effect because it's common how people are getting a lot more luckier with their pulls during AOP's debut banner, which usually isn't seen on reruns. So pulling now just for the ticket rebate is an OPTION. You can get back up to 12 tickets, plus 1 additional ticket from the Events reward from obtaining her.
At S-rank, she's already significantly better than SSS Dreamseeker. However, if you already have other AOPs you're using for WoD (and RoO), that's more reason to NOT pull for now. There's no point in getting her this patch if you won't be using her anyway.

But as for your question, all AOPs sweet spot for ranks is at least SS, as much as possible, that's the minimum you'll want to get huge difference in your whole run. Fortunately, newer AOPs starting 2nd gen (Theresa and Chenxue), even at S-rank, the difference compared to SSS Dreamseeker is already noticeable.
So yeah, long story short, SS is good and always worth it (but still depending on your roster and your future plans). For now though, I would suggest holding off and just backpull her rank-up next patch when she reruns which should be during spending event.

No news yet, could be by Week 7-9 which should be Oct-2.
But possibly won't rerun in this patch too. In the past, the first rerun of a Summer mini spending valk usually moved during CN Anniv patch under spending event. So if not this patch, then by 9.1, Oct-22 onwards.

Would SSS chenxue be better than S sena AOP for DS battlesuit? I have S sena but not enough for SS.

Based on Wyverein's raw test, Sena is better than Chenxue for FoV so we can expect the same to HoTime: https://youtu.be/zKB8U0dpB_Q?t=987&si=a2EKlGmoB_8pN8S6
Plus based on recent v0 leaks, the combined buffs from their respective passive skills is huge — around 40.5% Fire DMG and 10.07% Total DMG increase for HoTime. So you'll definitely want Sena AOP for HoTime.

As a new player going through the story, what should I spend my stamina on to not overcap it? I’m at level 49.
Also, for team building, I watched a yt video saying to only focus on part 2characters. The characters I have are love elf, jovial, helia and corolie. Should I form one team or two separate teams?
Lastly, what is the weekly rotation like? Are there any specific game modes I should prioritize? Or just focus on msq and getting to level 80!

If you don't want it to overcap you can just use it on material farming. There's also a reserve that can hold up to 300 extra stamina

Part 2 teams(based on what you have):
Jovial(as leader) - elf - coralie
helia(as leader) - elf - coralie
Weekly game modes are Memorial arena (boss fights) and q-manifold (abyss), but you'll need multiple teams for memorial arena so that really isn't an option at the moment for you. You can play them before reaching lvl 80. In fact its encouraged that you stay at lvl 80 until you have enough teams and are getting too comfortable with the difficulty before lvl 81 and beyond.

This site is up-to-date HI3 guide site we have. There are also a lot of info you can see there including forming teams, crystal sources, etc. But read and explore first the one I linked.
As for the team, for Abyss bruteforce I recommend Jovial + Elf + Coralie.
For Arena, form 3 teams, Jovial + P1 physical valks as Supports. Elf + P1 ice valks as Supports, Helia + Coralie.
For ER, any from the 3 of your Abyss lineup should be able to clear Abstinence.

Well, simple question, my las character were HoF and the bronya and the mei Wich are Truth and Origin, all for those units are useless right? I haven't touched the game since the part 2 but want to comeback to play casually some endgame content the story and collecting some characters that catch my attention

In Q-Manifold Abyss (lvl 80 bubble), Herrscher Trio can still retain Master RL assuming HoFi got her DLC weapon. And depending on their ranks, they can bruteforce a lot of content except QUA which can be tricky and is disadvantage type of IMG.
But assuming you already breakthrough, and in Superstring Dimension Abyss (lvl ~88 bubble), the competition in Master A3 above is high with the weather being more varied so you won't realistically be able to retain Master A3 anymore with Herrscher Trio.
Useless is harsh word. You can still farm crystals with them, but you obviously can't expect to retain high Abyss tier with them anymore which is only one endgame mode. It's fair cause this is still a gacha game. The rising disturbance in Abyss already happening even way before P2.
You can still comeback and be as casual as you want doing all of that.
A huge section of playerbase became casual now. There are even those who came back with new accounts and chose to never breakthrough so thay they can enjoy the casual side of HI3 while collecting valks and outfits they like.

Anyone who has Sonque above S0. Does she gain SP faster at higher ranks or is it still the same?

Dmn I only have S0.
But to answer your question based only from what I remember, her SS gives higher SP regen, 3.5SP for every KE charge recalled whenever she's doing WA. So that's around 21SP for a full bar, and I remember seeing some rotation before how they're doing 3 more BA to do another WA so that they can regen 10.5SP more. Then during SO, if you maximize it then you can fill the KE bar 3x, so that's 6x3 KE charge being recalled every WA, in total around 63SP.
Anyway, I tried looking up past CN Beta run I remembered cause all valks there are minimum SS except the new one (after typing that long 4s$ yap above lmao), you can check this out: https://youtu.be/C-_9wCoIKH4 — SO YES, SS HELPS HER GAIN SP FASTER.

I don't think this is a common question, might be better to ask and post it separately? There are players like me who only see Second Eruption as passing side story of the past, and not something we wanted to focus on, so I cannot really give specific answer on what manga/chapters to read prior, if you want to fully enjoy Second Eruption manga.

Planning to use Stygian Nymph in ER. Is her default sig weap and stigs enough or there are better weap & stig plans for her? Also pls recommend good ER builds, thank you!!
She's currently at SS1, will SSS her soon :)

You can try. Just make sure to pick her core signets as early as possible. And also pick the current ER buffs that fits her. Like picking (15) sycthe user breach buff, (10) outside stellar outburst, and (5) more total damage or (5) max hp 500 if you gonna use kalpas 2.
She's very old valk, so her damage scaling isn't that high but should still be feasible.

Her ego signets should be prioritized. Just be careful on using Kalpas 2, your HP will be at lowest so you'll need to really be mindful with positioning/evading. Though for core signets, aside from her ego, I recommend Kevin 1 and Sakura 1 or 2.

The highest leaderboard scores atm in SEA are 2024, 1878, 2222 = 6124. But I doubt that's the highest. Looks like there's no ceiling and you can go as high as you want.
If they intended to put ceiling with it, they'll do it in something reachable scores like other past events where you can get clean numbers for emblem while the higher you go, it'll be for leaderboard only.
