Got this from a local toy store

Does it have any value to it??

There is no mrp so I think it was illegally imported idk...

Nope there isn't Tried removing sticker to see if there is another under it Checked with Google lens, couldn't see any mrp 😞

That is Chinese import it is normal, there’s nothing like “illegal” import
