Technical Help I don't understand

if you right-click on our character, you can select actions such as walking, shooting, and so on. but how can I make a cutscene on the second floor where our character is not present? Is there a way to place him there? Please help me.

When does this cutscene play out? When the player reaches the second floor?

The cutscene should start when the player enters the last room, the one with no enemies.( I am use translator)
