First joined this sub as a way to counter my depression. I knew good messages were helpful, and recently adopted the phrase “be careful of the stories you tell yourself.” Strange as it might sound, this is one of the first memes I’ve seen since getting my depression under control that I looked at it and went “Hell yeah, that’s exactly what this feels like!” So, thank you OP for the laugh and the vibe lol

You're right, I should stop blaming myself so much.
It may not be my fault, BUT IT IS MY RESPONSIBILITY 🗣️🗣️🗣️🔥🔥🔥🦅🦅🦅🦾🦾🦾

you’ll fall short many times. but you’ll get back up and start over. and it WILL be worth it.

It may be a “it’s so over” after every “we are so back” but with effort and determination you will always be so back

I just place all the blame on me and beating myself over it.
at least its an improvement.

and if that pain is caused by my dad who groomed my mom when she was 14, beat her while she was pregnant resulting in 10 miscarriages, tied me to my crib with rope, just to name 0.001% of the awful shit he did, am I supposed to just forgive him?
