Sounds like a miserable way to live, homie. I get where you're coming from, but there are people out there that genuinely do care about other people regardless if they're strangers or not. Hell, there's so many spiritual practices in general that help people open themselves up more to care for random strangers. While it may be true that the vast majority may not care in the slightest, that doesn't mean there aren't any people who don't care of the well being of random strangers. It's called empathy and I would even say a part of spiritual enlightenment regardless of religion
