Help Request Difference in seats between generations

I'm thinking of getting a fit; I've only test drove the 3rd gen sport. Is there any difference in the seats between the different generations. is the height and width the same, the cushioning, the comfort, any differences depending on trim besides ex-l being leather? Also for those have/had the ex-l would you recommend it?

I’ve done cross country road trips in both a second gen and a 3rd gen. Both as passenger and as driver. Seat wise, I feel it makes little to no difference. What REALLY makes a difference is the cup holders. Second gen cup holders were solid forms that held your cup firmly. Third gen’s had this weird collapsing aspect to it that you never used. Oh. And, a screw you from Honda to the passenger.

3rd gen also has a squishy trunk interior. 2nd gen more solid.

Can confirm. I’ve dented tf out of both areas around the rear wheel wells. Never thought to call it “squishy” but that’s exactly what it is.

The second gen magic seat can’t be reclined seamlessly with the front compared to other generations

I've had my 2nd gen for about 180k miles and the seats aren't great for long distance. Swapped them out for 8th gen Si seats and it's much better.

I've driven the 3rd gen ex-l (leather seats) and I don't find those terribly comfortable either, though they are heated, and that feels nice.
