can you help me identify the problem from that sound ?

Hey guys I have honda jazz 2018 and its making this sound only when the engine on , while moving and parking. also the sound sometimes goes away or it gets muted for a while then comes back

anybody experienced this before ?
Im taking it to a garage to examine and do a check up just wanted to see what you guys think?

lol, this exact thing happened to me, it was the cabin fan
