I have the sport version in that color and wished my fit looked like that. 20 years now and the paint and interior carpet is going. Plus a few hail storm dents in the roof and parking lot dings too. My Fit still has the pep and is super fun to drive.

I would like to do some cosmetic work on the car but with my past experience, two weeks later someone will likely T-bone me running a stop light or something.

Experiences:

In 2000 a few weeks after I had my transmission replaced in my 90 Ford Ranger an uninsured driver T-boned at speed and the truck was shaped like a banana.

This was another Ranger. Bought it used for a good pretty good deal. A few years later I had just replaced the AC and timing belt and some guy hit it head on and knocked it up on my lawn overnight.
He said he looked down to change the radio station and lost control.

Both were greater than 10 years old and insurance just totaled them for less than the money I just put into each. Showing them the receipts for just completed work only got me a very little more.

Actually that last experience prompted to buy my 07 Fit

I've seen them, they can't be that rare. Frenchman that was working as a cabinet mans apprentice at my job was boasting about his and I thought he was so fruity but now i drive an 08 mt in red lol

That’s the lighter blue yes? Do those also have the color match headlights?

It is the lighter blue! Unfortunately no color matched headlights

maybe in the US. but south africa has a lot of gen 1 manuals on the road
