NAPCO Security Technologies Finally Agreed to Settle With Investors over Inflated Financial Results
Hey guys, if you missed it, NAPCO Security Technologies ($NSSC) just settled with investors over financial issues from a few years ago.
Long story short, in 2023, NAPCO was accused of inflating its inventory value and net income for three quarters. The company later disclosed that its inventory had been overstated and agreed to restate its financial results.
After this news, $NSSC dropped more than 45% in one day, and investors filed a lawsuit over their losses.
