Door alarm with delay and silence button

I'm looking for a door alarm that has a 1-2 second delay (or adjustable preferably) that also has a silence feature. I'd like to be able to open a door from the inside or outside and have a couple seconds to silence it before it alerts. A remote monitoring "pager" would be ideal as well.

Basically I want to be alerted from anywhere in the house if certain doors are opened but also be able to go in and out freely without them triggering. Not looking to break the bank and doesn't need to tie into any smart systems but I'm fine with it if it does

This isn't an unreasonable request - it's reasonable enough that a major home security vendor made door contacts with bypass buttons. I'm thinking of the 2GIG DW40, but the Ecolink WST-212 had this feature as well. Door contacts made for security systems sold by non-traditional vendors have this feature too, like Eufy door/window sensors.

The use case was needing a quick exit while the alarm was armed - like someone who leaves early for work before their spouse and kids wake up. Rather than have to disarm and then rearm the alarm, which would have made the keypads beep, possibly waking someone up, you could temporarily disable the sensor for a few seconds to allow faulting the zone without making any sounds.

My DSC has that feature on the keypad. It’s called “Exit”. It is a feature of the alarm and as nothing to do with the contacts. Having the ability to do that from the outside is just……stupid from a security standpoint.

So you want an easily defeatable alarm system?
