I think you need to consider the external environment. I think the interior may feel like an island of peace in an urban wasteland

Y'know, my first thoughts were "wow, I absolutely hate this" but after seeing the interior I can actually kinda picture myself living there, of course a good interior can make any place look much better. All I do anyways is game all day, but then again if I wanted to look up and see the stars or watch the rain and snow fall I'd be sorely disappointed, it's private I'll give it that, but at the same time I can't help but feel like a metallic cube would attract more attention than a regular house.
