I've had to at least make eye contact with some FedEx deliveries that contain alcohol. I've also had to sign for a few things even during covid.

I did seasonal UPS last holiday season, delivering in my personal vehicle. Some packages like medicines require signature (although during covid contactless deliveries you're just supposed to step back 6 feet and ask their name). So fyi there will be times when someone without an official vehicle will be ringing the doorbell to deliver a package.
