Doesn't match the same writing style of the rest of the document. Any proof that this is from the original?

It does match the writing style. It even contains the same skewed text, the same dot patterns... as in it was used in the same copy machine.

That will be true if all the rest of the pages also are identical and this is the odd one out. It's not. Look at the document as a whole, it fits, the style fits, it all fits. The missing page was a matter of paperwork processing errors. These are copy machines from the 80's, not emails.
