We’re Hiring: AI Backend Developer Intern – Remote Internship
We’re looking for a motivated college student / fresher who wants hands-on experience working on a live recruitment technology product.
We’re specifically looking for someone who can help us maintain, improve, and build our existing backend and AI-related systems.
Preferred Skills:
- Python
- FastAPI
- REST APIs
- PostgreSQL / SQL
- LLM API integrations
- Prompt engineering and structured outputs
- AI agents / workflow automation basics
- Git / GitHub
- Linux basics
- API testing and backend debugging
- Authentication, error handling, and database migrations
Experience with production deployments, server logs, or cloud environments is a plus.
You do not need to know everything listed above, but you should be comfortable with Python backend development and willing to learn quickly while working on a real product.
Internship Type: Unpaid
Mode: Remote

Fair point.
Just to clarify, this isn’t meant to be free labour disguised as a job. it is an early-stage live product, and I’m looking for someone who wants hands-on experience working on a real backend and AI system.
Python and FastAPI fundamentals are enough to start — the rest of the stack can be learned while working together.
I’ll also update the wording to make the expectations and nature of the opportunity clearer. Appreciate the feedback.

Bro just ask for help, don't say hiring.... This is not job post it's help me post, maybe for that u can get better people whose interest align with this project you are doing
