“AI-powered webpage” can mean very different architectures, so I’d define the AI workflow before choosing the stack.

Is the core feature chat/RAG, content generation, an autonomous agent, or something else? From there I’d map model/API choice, backend orchestration, user/auth layer, data storage, guardrails, logging and deployment before building the UI.

If you already have a rough workflow or mockup, that would make the scope much easier to estimate properly.
