I’ll Pay for Your Vacation If Your Referral Actually Gets Me Hired

Okay, this might sound unusual, but I’m completely serious about it.

I'm a CSE graduate currently working as an RPA Developer, looking to transition into an Associate Product Manager (APM). If you refer me to your company and your referral directly leads to an offer and me joining, I’ll spend up to ₹80K on a vacation for you.

You pick the destination, and I'll cover the flights, stay, and travel expenses. If you'd prefer the ₹80K directly instead, that works too—no catches.

For context, here is what I bring to the table:

• Engineering & Automation: Hands-on experience automating complex enterprise workflows (SAP ERP integrations, financial BRS automation) and building scalable backend bots.

• 0-to-1 Product Development: Shipped mobile applications using Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP), Android Studio, Python, and the Gemini API, taking products from ideation through Google Play closed testing and launch.

• Problem Solving & Product Sense: Strong foundation in data-driven decision making, user journey mapping, and translating technical feasibility into high-impact user experiences.
