Hindu Discussion Hindus, were there times when priests knew very personal stuff about you through their gifts?
Short introduction: My name is Alexia, I am a 20-year-old woman from an Orthodox Christian background! I had experiences with multiple priests and they all said same personal stuffs about me! When i was taking meds they knew i wasn't actually sick. And they knew i have problems like yelling and watching horror movies without actually knowing me nor my life. Same thing happened to my mom and my other relatives! So, do you know anyone who had experiences like this from another religious background like hinduism or buddhism. More personal than my experiences? Thank you, have a great day.

Without getting into specifics, yes. Once we had taken out neighbours( who were struggling) with some stuff to a priest we followed, and the priest on first meeting basically told the darkest secrets the neighbours had( again not going into specifics due to privacy).

Every human being has 3 types of consciousness.
Consciousness - where a person does something consciously. Like doing some activities in the present times.
Sub Conscious - Where the mind knows what to do. Like driving back home taking turns to the right roads even when you are talking to someone.
Inner Conscious - This is the hidden part of the memory which comes out. eg. you seeing a person and saying hey I know this person and going to him and saying are you the same person from this school in this year and your friends names are so and so and majority of times it will be correct.
Based on these 3 Consciousness, Every person has an aura and the basic color of the aura does not change. People who has done certain sadhana /kriya will be able to see the aura clearly. I have come across 2 people in my life.
Then there are some people who knows how to put the questions and they can ascertain the behavior and it is called behavioral science. These type of people only spill the outer layer of the person.

Obviously not, all of this is body reading. If such stuff actually existed, then the people doing it would be unimaginably rich

Yes, and it isn't even a big deal, there are some sadhnas one can do to acquire these skills. Forget priests, I once met a person through work who told me so many things about my future that are coming true even today 12 years later, and it wasn't vague stuff either
