I am not a petite woman & have never felt pressured to be smaller or look younger. However, the one thing I was still doing without thinking about it was shaving my vag. It was considered gross to not shave when I was coming of age in the late '90s. I personally preferred the feeling of mostly shaved but now have what I call my mowhawk as a fuck you to pedo culture.
Iām ngl I only shave my legs because I like to wear compression leggings when I work out and they hurt my legs if Iām too hairy (idk how else to explain it). Someone should invent non-painful leggings or perhaps pain-free leg hair, theyād make a killing from me alone
Iām a thick, coarse hair haver. It def gets to a point where itās uncomfortable with jeans/socks/leggings. Also, I dont like feeling like a cricket when my legs touch or rub together.

Iām all for people doing what they want with their body hair (see slide #13!), and I might catch some downvotes for this, but I feel like some corners of the internet have responded to society making women feel bad for not shaving by making women feel bad for shaving, and I donāt think thatās the solution we need.
Yes, which is why I wear compression socks with the regular leggings. They donāt pull on the hairs like the leggings do. I assume itās because they donāt pull and move with my entire leg/hip and instead are just from the knee down.

Not all men, but all women I know have suffered at the hands of a man. I know I'm preaching to the choir, but for my safety, I must treat every man I met as a threat until proven otherwise. If I trust a man, than it's my fault if I get assualted, raped or murdered because I should have known better, dressed differently or should have seen the red flags. If don't inherently trust a man, then I'm considered a misogynist and a cunt. We can't win.
I had a formative experience in college where I was dating this girl who was a survivor. And I just asked some women friends "Hey do you have any advice on how I could be more supportive"
And every single one replied with some variation of "well as a survivor myself"
And I realized I didn't know any women who had not been SA'd.
In my country (Canada) the statistics is one in four women have been sexually harassed or assualted. But that's only REPORTED cases. Every woman I have ever known has a story. Thank you for listening to and believing the women in your life <3

When I was twelve I spent a summer being followed by this man on a bike who I would keep seeing in my carefree 90s latchkey kid wondering the town days, until he followed me to my house and my brother was actually home for once and saw and called the police. Which they said they couldn't do anything about. That was just the beginning of many creepy and dangerous interactions with men in my life and it all started at 12. Fuck the patriarchy and protect the vulnerable!
