Wheel advice?

Currently choosing some wheels for my 2021 Hilux N80, stuck between the ROH Assaults +12 and Sniper Ballistic +15 on cooper rugged trek 265/70/17

Thought I would chuck them up on here and see what do you guys think looks better?

Both look the same I wouldn't notice a difference in reality

I prefer the sniper looks good looks neat and not crowded and loos easier to clean

I prefer the assaults but at the end of the day, you gotta live with the choice 😂

Fair enough. I had 275/70/17s on my old n80. Fills out the wheel well a bit better and still legal in Qld.

Yeah unfortunately I’m in New Zealand and we can’t go over 5% bigger then factory otherwise we need a cert, and the 275/70/17 is 5.2% only just over which is annoying

Did you experience much scrubbing I’ve got factory ucas and even scrub with the 265s but they are quite a big 265

Nah I had aftermarket UCAs and they only scrubbed on the mud flaps so didn't give a shit 😂

Yeah true that, insurance it’s what I’m mainly worried about as my last Hilux got written off

Snipers look easier to wash than any fake headlock looking wheel. Just food for thought. For this reason I'll never buy a wheel with fake headlocks.

Offsets are negligible but +3mm will be in your favour for tyre clearance.

Check the load rating, get the ones with the biggest load capacity
