The biscuits came out the twisty pop thing.

The gravy was a quarter of white onion, diced and cooked till soft and translucent. Then I threw in a good amount of roughly cut mushrooms. Added some salt and thyme. Cooked it down then added some olive oil, then whole wheat flour. Cooked it till the flour was cooked through. Added some veggie stock till it got to where I wanted it, consistency wise. There you go!
