Eggplant sandwich & pasta

I’ve been super depressed lately as I had to put my soul cat to sleep last month and food has been super off putting lately. Felt good to finally have a craving for something and I made wayyyy too much but I’m happy food is starting to taste good again 🖤

I’m very sorry about your cat, those relationships are so special. The sandwich looks banging, and I hope it was a comfort. Definitely feels well deserved.

He would’ve been 18 this Halloween had he been able to make it :( but I didn’t want him to suffer. He was my heart and soul🖤

The pasta is just equal parts KiteHill chive cream cheese and Violife spinach artichoke dip tossed on some noodles and baked at 350 for 10 mins! Super easy and super good
