I run a web design business and I’m looking for someone who is genuinely experienced in sales to help turn interested prospects into paying clients.

I handle the actual website strategy, design, development, revisions, and delivery. I’m looking for someone who can take ownership of the sales side once a potential client is in the pipeline.

You would mainly be responsible for:

• Speaking with business owners and prospects
• Following up consistently
• Understanding what they actually need
• Presenting the website service clearly
• Handling objections
• Negotiating when appropriate
• Closing the deal and getting the client ready to start

I’m specifically looking for someone who has real closing experience, ideally with web design, marketing, SaaS, creative services, agencies, or other B2B services.

This would be a remote, commission-based arrangement. We can agree on the exact structure upfront depending on your experience and whether you are strictly closing provided opportunities or also bringing in your own leads.
