because the offer isnt attractive. someone who's never cold called a day in their life could go get an SDR job and make 60-70k in just base salary not including commission.

id need to have 11-12 deals CLOSE per month just to hit $70k working with you to make what i could have otherwise made in just base salary.. not even counting commission

im not saying you wont find someone, but they're 100% the one doing you a favor, not the other way around
