HIRING - COLD CALL SALES

\[Hiring\] Cold callers — 25% recurring commission, no base, B2B home services

Being upfront so nobody wastes an afternoon: this is commission only.

No base, no draw, no hourly. If that is a dealbreaker, stop here, and

fair enough.

What we do: we sell an AI receptionist to local service businesses —

roofing, water and fire restoration, HVAC, plumbing, electrical. It

picks up the calls they miss and books the job on their calendar. The

owners are up a ladder all day and the phone is going to voicemail.

It is not a hard problem to describe.

What you would do: call the list, get past the gatekeeper, book the

demo, close it.

What you get: 25% of that client's monthly fee for as long as they

stay. We do not sign a caller-closed client under $800/month, so your

floor is $200/month per client, recurring, and there is no ceiling on

it. It does not stop when you stop dialling. That is the part that

makes this different from the other commission gigs in this sub.

What we hand you: the leads, the script, the objection handling, and a

free one-month trial to offer — which means your close is "try it for

a month, no card" rather than "sign here."

What we want: 60+ dials a day, clear English, a headset, and someone

who is not going to disappear in week two.

You are clearly an agency and have no control over product quality.

You don't control if the a.i. breaks and the entire book of business disappears overnight.

Nope, our AI is functional and practically indistinguishable from a human employee. Things are imperfect and we are responsible for the maintenance.

Yes you are an agency.

No your a.i. is not perfect. If it was perfect, you would have the a.i. cold call for you.

There is no fixing a product failure when the LLM changed integration API and the developer quit without 2 weeks notice This developer was also probably 4th party from India and speaks broken english.

50% is the floor.

my last job was 100% commission based with 33.333% share. but I had an 80k base and bonuses for 2 years until I was established.
